Strategically located just six kilometers from the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah and accessible from the Al Haramain High-speed Train Station, this mixed-use development includes a shopping and entertainment center, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, family entertainment centers, and a wellness clinic. Our design integrates multi-modal hubs for seamless connectivity, focusing on transportation access by air, train, and road to position Madinah as a central hub for knowledge industries.
Our team’s design approach is rooted in catalyzing transformative change in the KEC community. Through placemaking and elements that create a pleasant living environment, the development will support the area’s respite offering. Our design includes continuous pedestrian paths, gardens, and a walkable network, emphasizing KEC’s role as a new transit-oriented city inspired by the traditional characteristics of Madinah.
The Knowledge Economic City encompasses various sectors including hospitality, residential, commercial, business, and knowledge-based components. This includes our design for Madinah Gate.
