Located in the heart of Baghdad, Buruj signals the start of a new era of vibrant living, inspiring lifestyle, and comfort.

The project comprises 3,780 housing units between luxury villas and high-rise apartments activated with commercial, educational, social, and service centers, all connected by an environmentally friendly transportation system.

The master plan includes an 18-level tower hotel rising from the north. Buruj Hotel has a total of 286 keys, along with 24 serviced apartments. The retail section of the project consists of 1 acre of retail space, F&B, a clinic, a mosque, and services for the residents of the development.

The urban development fosters connectivity and activates commercial frontages, ensuring a sustainable and economically viable master plan.
