As part of the State of Nebraska’s Capital Campus Master Plan, this data center embodies the state’s mission to modernize and consolidate resources to maximize service levels and support future growth. The facility features advanced technology within a secure Tier III redundant structure, including adaptive power, fiber optic networks, efficient cooling, task lighting, and responsive acoustics.

The facility houses an advanced 14,000 SF high-density Data Center and a Network Operations Center as well as new logistics and secure print facilities. A 5-megawatt emergency generator system provides eco-friendly fuel systems for 72-hour operation, advanced paralleling switchgear, UPS systems, power distribution units, rack busways, and redundant chilled water plants highlight some of the comprehensive design elements that ensure the data center’s resilience and ability to meet the state’s evolving technological demands. During project delivery a strategic phasing plan allowed for construction to take place alongside the crucial ongoing work, moving through the project piece by piece ensuring zero outages to the state’s system.
