Join our team at the upcoming State of Black Design 2024 Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. The State of Black Design is a groundbreaking conference and career fair. The conference’s designer-focused programming offers a unique blend of resources, career development, and networking opportunities in a safe and culturally-rich environment.

Principal and Global Leader of Equity, Diversity, and Belonging Jessica Bantom will participate in a panel discussion titled “Designing for Equity in Industry Practice.” She will be accompanied by Leah Alexander, Owner and Principal Interior Designer at Beauty Is Abundant and Marryam Moma, a Tanzanian-Nigerian Collage Artist.

Jessica’s panel discussion will be on the second day of the conference, Friday, March 15, at 4:10 PM. Be sure to also visit our booth at the Student Expo on Thursday, March 14.
