DLR Group to Present at the 2024 FEFPA Winter Conference

Join our team at the upcoming 2024 Florida Educational Facilities Planners’ Association Winter Conference in Palm Coast, Florida.

Senior Associate and Senior Planner Woody Giles will present a session titled “Smart Space: Data Mining and Focusing on Institutional Priorities to Improve Space Utilization”.

He will be joined by Brian Bell, Space Analyst at Comprehensive Facilities Planning, Jonathon Bates, Assistant Vice President for Real Estate & Space Administration at the University of Central Florida, and Christy Miranda Perez, Director of Space Administration at the University of Central Florida.

The session will explore how we partnered with Comprehensive Facilities Planning and the University of Central Florida to conduct a deep dive of classroom, lab, office, and research space utilization.

Woody’s session will be held on the third day of the conference, Friday, February 2 from 9:30 – 10:30 AM.
