Associate and Designer Haley Wilson and Associate and Architect Chris Perez, AIA, joined the 2025 Arch30 Seattle cohort, comprised of 34 of Seattle’s most promising architectural talents under the age of 35. They were honored at an event on April 30, 2025, joining honorees from other renowned Seattle-based firms in a dynamic workshop that included a series of reflective and interactive activities.

Metropolis’ Arch30 program provides emerging leaders in architecture under the age of 30 with opportunities to exchange insights, share knowledge, and be inspired by a peer support network that shares their dedication to pushing the industry forward.
