DLR Group Celebrates Opening of Mizzou's Memorial Stadium Centennial Project
(Columbia, Mo., Sept. 2, 2026) – DLR Group joined University of Missouri leaders, Mizzou Athletics, project partners, and supporters on Wednesday, Sept. 2 to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the Memorial Stadium Centennial Project. The transformative renovation coincides with Memorial Stadium’s 100th anniversary, positioning the historic venue for its next century, while elevating the experience for fans, student-athletes, and recruits.
The $250 million project completely reimagines the north end zone and creates a new iconic entrance to the university. The project preserves and emboldens the traditions that define Memorial Stadium while introducing modern amenities, premium hospitality spaces, and year-round activation opportunities that strengthen the connection between Mizzou Athletics, the university, and the Columbia community.
The 244,000-SF project transforms the fan journey from arrival through the final whistle. The renovation includes a new north gate and entry plaza, the Rock M Club, 14 field-level suites, 20 rooftop Tiger Den suites, 140 loge boxes, enhanced premium seating experiences, expanded concessions and restrooms, and upgraded technology throughout the stadium.
The design provides a heightened experience for every fan, at every patron level. The project brings fans closer to the field, creates new opportunities for connection and hospitality, and strengthens Memorial Stadium’s position as an elite homefield advantage for the Tigers. Additionally, the new event spaces allow the university to activate the venue beyond game days and expand Memorial Stadium’s impact throughout the year.
As Mizzou begins its centennial season, the completed project etches a new chapter for Memorial Stadium and reinforces the university’s commitment to provide an exceptional experience for fans, student athletes, and the University of Missouri.
