Principal and Sports Design Leader Ryan Freeland, AIA, will join a panel at the Minnesota Real Estate Journal’s Downtown Minneapolis Summit alongside leaders from the Minnesota Vikings, the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx, the Minnesota Twins, and Mortenson.

The panel will examine how venues can bolster downtown economies by anchoring larger retail and hospitality-focused commercial districts, promoting foot traffic, and activating large-scale events and programming. Attendees will walk away with knowledge of how venue-related partnerships can impact property values, occupancy, leasing momentum, and real estate viability and investment in downtown areas.

The panel, “Sports & Entertainment Driven Revitalization Boosting Commercial Markets,” will be held on Friday, October 30 from 9:00 to 9:50 AM.
