DLR Group Welcomes New K-12 Education Leader in Texas

(DALLAS, October 14, 2021) – Gary Rademacher, AIA, joins DLR Group to lead the firm’s K-12 Education practice in Dallas, serving school district clients across north Texas. He will collaborate with design teams locally and nationally to deliver educational facilities that serve the needs of students, educators, and communities and will play a key role in implementing the firm’s growth strategy for the K-12 Education practice statewide.

Rademacher has dedicated his professional career to designing educational environments that support student success and has led teams in the delivery of comprehensive planning and design for projects of size and scale. He views school facilities as more than buildings, and regularly integrates himself into the local culture through volunteer and outreach activities to ensure his designs represent the families, dreams, hopes, and future of each unique community.

As a life-long resident of Texas, Gary understands the educational landscape of the region. He’s the perfect leader to take DLR Group to the next level of design thinking and to elevate our design solutions for school clients across north Texas and beyond.”

In addition to being a member of AIA and the Association for Learning Environments, Rademacher is active in the education community through participation in the area Region Service Centers programs, Fast Growth School Coalition, Texas Association of School Administrators, and Texas Association of School Boards. He also has served on two Education Foundation boards.
