A coffee shop will also provide an open connection to the residential lobby and open to a paseo. The paseo is a public park space with landscaping, seating elements, and a trellis. Thirty-five townhomes with large terraces on the ground floor increase the range of comfortable living potential for students and are designed in large clusters to provide more outdoor space. Townhome and apartment residents will also enjoy the ground-level retail, providing opportunities for students at the surrounding colleges to intermingle and expand their network.
