HUB Fullerton to Open its Doors to Students in 2025
(FULLERTON, CALIF., August 29, 2022) – We are working alongside Core Spaces to deliver a high-amenity development to California State University-Fullerton, Hope International University, and Pacific Christian College students.
Located adjacent to CSUF and with convenient access to public transportation, the six-story residential building’s design brings a unique and dynamic product to the community’s bustling student housing market through attention to user interaction and location-specific branding and amenities.
“The project respects the context and enhances the public realm making this a project that contributes to the community. Bringing retail to this site will help revitalize the gateway to the campus and provide a more walkable community for its residents,” said Casteel.
Amenity spaces in the 359-unit (1047 beds) development include a large roof deck, pool, hot tub, workspaces, yoga, fitness, spa, and resident lounge spaces. A coffee shop will also provide an open connection to the residential lobby and open to a paseo. The paseo is a public park space with landscaping, seating elements, and a trellis. Thirty-five townhomes with large terraces on the ground floor increase the range of comfortable living potential for students and are designed in large clusters to provide more outdoor space. Townhome and apartment residents will also enjoy the ground-level retail, providing opportunities for students at the surrounding colleges to intermingle and expand their network.
HUB Fullerton has an anticipated opening date of summer 2025.
