Brian leads our Mixed-Use Sector for the firm. For over 35 years, he has led teams in the U.S., Dubai, and Shanghai. He collaborates with developers, real estate brands, and city officials to reimagine retail, housing, and office as equitable mixed-use developments to reenergize urban environments.

Jose leads the design of our firm’s Mixed-Use Sector, bringing over 25 years of domestic and international experience. His passion for design stems from the impact it has on culture, community, and people. Jose is active in the Los Angeles design community through university organizations and AIA.

Lisa leads design teams to create exceptional design, delivery, and operational performance on every project. She brings biophilic, integrated design to civic, hospitality, and government projects. Lisa partners across architecture, workplace, and justice sectors to deliver cohesive, human-centered environments.

Matt is a national business development leader for the Mixed-Use Sector of our firm. With over 20 years in the industry, he has developed a deep understanding of urban design, place-making strategies, and how they are applied to best practices in mixed-use, retail, entertainment, and hospitality developments.

Mark brings over 30 years of experience in multiple market sectors. Having led DLR Group’s office in Dubai for several years, he brings extensive knowledge in managing complex retail and mixed-use projects, and working with diverse, large project teams across the United States. Mark is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and Middle East Council of Shopping Centers.

Faraaz is a design leader focused on high-density multifamily housing in California. He is a recognized leader in high density, urban infill project design. His designs and intricate detailing consistently capture the movement and culture of the Bay Area.

Nathan is a passionate design leader with over 14 years of experience on a broad range of project types and scales.  His focus on creative and transformative ideas is the driving force in creating meaningful and functional architecture.  With a vast amount of technical and project management experience, Nathan brings a unique attention to detail, materiality, constructability, and economy to his projects.  Successfully meeting the client’s needs and budget while pushing architecture and sustainability forward has resulted in many notable projects, many of which earned publications and prominent design awards.

Josh specializes in the design of Mixed-Use developments, including housing, retail, hospitality, and entertainment districts. With over a decade of experience, Josh brings a strong design voice to every project, balancing creativity and purpose to shape vibrant places people return to again and again.
