“I look forward to using this platform to advocate for elevated design while furthering the conversations around healthy materials and sustainability,” said Farchmin.

Farchmin’s contributions to our Sustainable Interiors Forum and dedication to utilizing healthy materials contributed to the firm’s signing of the AIA Healthy Materials pledge in 2021. Her advocacy made her a crucial component of the Wood Innovation Grant, serving as the lead interior designer on the project and moving the needle toward merging hospitality into the world of mass timber.

The 2022 class of honorees will be celebrated in Boutique Design’s Fall edition and at its Gold Key Awards gala on Monday, November 14th, 2022.
