DLR Group will be sponsoring the 2023 SCUP Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference as well as a sold-out tour of Swarthmore College’s Dining and Community Commons. The tour will take place on March 8, the first day of the conference.

DLR Group completed work on the Dining Center in October 2022. Phase 2 of the project, renovating Sharples Commons, is currently underway.

 

Learn about the biophilic principles of inspiration behind the design. 

On this tour of Swarthmore College’s Dining and Community Commons, attendees will explore how this innovative adaptive reuse project aligns with Swarthmore’s values, focused on resource stewardship, campus wellbeing, and carbon neutrality by 2035. Join us for a look inside the carbon-neutral, zero-waste design and discover how your campus can meet sustainability goals through extensive engagement, biophilic design, and energy conservation.
